Preliminary Check
Entity and licence verified against the national business register, every certificate checked on its issuing body’s register, sanctions and Entity List screening, registered address confirmed against satellite imagery. Four to six page summary, including what could not be confirmed. No site visit · 3–5 business days.
Remote Verification
Everything in the Preliminary Check, plus a live guided video walkthrough — recorded and time-stamped — with production lines and headcount observed against stated capacity. Eight to ten page report. No site visit · 5–7 business days.
Compliance Verification · core
Everything above, plus the site visit. Production capacity counted rather than taken from a profile, raw material origin traced and mapped to EUDR Article 9, undisclosed subcontracting identified, financial continuity signals assessed. Eighteen to thirty page report with evidence annex and risk rating. Full day on site · 2–3 weeks.
Extended Counterparty Due Diligence
Everything in the Compliance Verification, plus ownership structure and beneficial ownership, affiliated entities and related-party exposure, reputational and adverse media screening, and financial filings across available years. Thirty to forty page report. Site visit included · 3–4 weeks.
Compliance Verification — USD 1,800
We are a new practice, and our current rate reflects that. It will rise to the published USD 2,200 as our engagement record builds. The scope, the site visit, and the report are identical at either price — this is not a lighter version of the work. Clients engaged at the founding rate keep it for subsequent engagements.

Shipment Origin Verification
Origin and volume of one outbound shipment checked against its declaration, input documents traced upstream against UFLPA and Lacey Act exposure, loading observed and documented. Ten to fourteen page report. Not a pre-shipment inspection: no quantity, quality, or packaging checks. Site visit included · 7–10 days from notice.
Negotiation Support
Independent Vietnamese-speaking representation at supplier meetings, briefed on your terms in advance, with a written summary of what was said, agreed, and left open. A day rate, because the duration is genuinely yours to set.

Where a supplier becomes structural to your business, the baseline check isn't enough. We map ownership and affiliated entities, screen directors and beneficial owners, and assess reputational and financial exposure over time — the questions that matter when switching costs are high.
