Start with a scoping conversation.
It is free, takes about twenty minutes, and establishes whether a verification is the right instrument for the decision in front of you. Sometimes the answer is that it is not, or not yet.
What happens next
01
You write, with whatever detail you have
Even a partial picture is enough to start. If the supplier is not yet identified, say so — it changes what we would recommend.
02
We reply within one business day
Usually with questions rather than a quotation. We cannot price an engagement sensibly until we understand what the report has to prove.
03
A single fixed quotation
One figure, with the scope written out, before any work begins. If it does not fit, say so and we will tell you what a narrower scope would and would not cover.
Useful to include
- Your company and the market you sell into
- The manufacturer or province, if already identified
- The product category and rough order value
- The decision this verification needs to support
- Any regulation you must satisfy — EUDR, UFLPA, Lacey Act, BSCI, ISO, or your own supplier code
- Your timeline, if there is one

If you are a manufacturer or factory: we are engaged by buyers only, and cannot accept work from a facility being verified or help prepare one for an audit. Doing so would compromise the independence our clients pay for. We will not take the engagement at any price.
