Field Diligence is an independent compliance verification practice, not an agency and not a platform. The difference matters to the work: a platform routes your request to whichever inspector is nearest, and nobody in particular answers for the result. Here, one named person conducts the visit and signs the report.

A background in international B2B and B2G trade — the side of the table that writes the specification, reads the documents, and carries the consequence when a supplier turns out to be something other than what was claimed.
That experience is the reason this practice exists in the shape it does. Verifying a manufacturer is mostly a documents-and-questions discipline: knowing which register to check, which certificate is issued by a body that will confirm it, which answer changes when you ask it a second way, and which gap between a stated capacity and an observed one actually matters to a buyer.
Site visits are conducted personally, with a Vietnamese-speaking assistant where language access is needed. You know before the engagement begins who will be on the factory floor, and the same person answers afterwards for what the report says.

What a new practice can and cannot show you.
Field Diligence is a new practice. We could pad this page with stock photography of a team we do not have, or a client logo wall we have not earned. We would rather tell you where we actually stand, because a firm that fabricates its own credentials is a strange choice for verifying someone else’s.
What we can put in front of you instead:
- The full anonymised sample report, so you can judge the work product rather than a testimonial.
- An explicit, published list of what we do not do — the constraints most firms leave vague.
- Published fees, so the commercial relationship is legible before you make contact.
- A free scoping conversation that sometimes ends with us saying you do not need a verification yet.
First engagements are quoted with that in mind. If you need a provider with a decade of audit history and global accreditation behind it, that provider exists — and we will tell you who they are. If you need an independent presence on the ground in central Vietnam, with the work personally conducted and the findings backed by direct evidence, that is what this is.
